Fair Treatment and Equal Opportunity

Hantzmon Wiebel provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, ancestry, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, religion, age, disability, gender identity, results of genetic testing, or service in the military. Equal employment opportunity applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leave of absence, compensation, and training.

To ensure equal employment opportunities to qualified individuals with a disability, Hantzmon Wiebel will follow the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to make reasonable accommodations for the known disability of an otherwise qualified individual, unless undue hardship on the operation of the business would result. Team members who may require a reasonable accommodation should contact Human Resources.

Any team members with questions or concerns about equal employment opportunities in the workplace are encouraged to bring these issues to the attention of the CEO or HR Administrator. The Firm will not allow any form of retaliation against individuals who raise issues of equal employment opportunity. If an employee feels he or she has been subjected to any such retaliation, he or she should bring it to the attention of the CEO or HR Administrator.

Inclusive, Harassment Free Environment

Harassment based on a characteristic protected by law, such as race, color, ancestry, national origin, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, religion, age, disability, veteran status, or other characteristic protected by state or federal law, is prohibited.

It is Hantzmon Wiebel’s policy to provide a work environment free of all harassment. To that end, harassment of the Firm’s employees by management, supervisors, coworkers, or nonemployees who are in the workplace is absolutely prohibited. Further, any retaliation against an individual who has complained about sexual or other harassment or retaliation against individuals for cooperating with an investigation of a harassment complaint is similarly unlawful and will not be tolerated. Hantzmon Wiebel will take all steps necessary to prevent and eliminate unlawful harassment.

Any team member who believes he or she has been subject to or witnessed illegal discrimination, including sexual or other forms of unlawful harassment, is encouraged to bring their complaint directly to the CEO or HR Administrator. Similarly, if you observe acts of discrimination toward or harassment of another team member, you are requested and encouraged to report this to the CEO or HR Administrator.

All complaints will be investigated promptly and, to the extent possible, with regard for confidentiality. If the investigation confirms conduct contrary to this policy has occurred, Hantzmon Wiebel will take immediate, appropriate corrective action, including discipline, up to and including immediate termination.

Talent Development

Hantzmon Wiebel strives to attract, develop, and retain a diverse range of talent. Our Team Engagement and Development (TED) initiative provides all employees opportunities for growth through mentoring, a liaison program, and a clear and transparent career path.

Rights and Responsibilities

Every individual employed at Hantzmon Wiebel has the right to a discrimination and harassment free environment in which inclusivity is fostered and encouraged. Each team member has a responsibility to treat others with dignity and respect to ensure this environment exists and is maintained. We must each do our part by exhibiting conduct that reflects inclusion during work, at work functions on or off the work site, and at all other company-sponsored and participative events.

Additionally, all employees are required to attend and complete diversity, equity, and inclusion training in order to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and others. Training provides participants tools and practices that will enhance their ability to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
